Hi! I’m Andria. I love all things fitness, food, & Jesus.
I am passionate about creating food and pursuing fitness (running, biking, strength, yoga…). My goal is to help others live their best lives through health, fitness and inspiration. I aim to inspire others that food can be healthy, nutritious and YUM – as can fitness be fun, feel great, and lead to better health and happiness.

My passion is to inspire and equip you to master your health and fitness goals in a way that is unique to you. I offer high touch point coaching, that is uniquely personal to you and your goals. Have goals and desire change?
You can change, and you can meet those goals. I will help you conquer your fears. My approach to change is through food and nutrition. I take what you already love, and I use that to affect positive change and outcomes.
Food and movement will be your catalyst to becoming your best self. Food is fuel! Food is good! All food is good! Hire me for guidance in setting goals, nutrition plan (macro setting), accountability and help with compliance.

I have struggled with yo-yo dieting, gained and lost weight with three pregnancies, have had healthy and very unhealthy eating tendencies. I understand where so many are coming from in terms of having tried every diet, having had several pregnancies, weight gains and weight losses. I personally have found freedom with food and with eating – and eating a lot! I now eat in such a way that serves my body, energy and strength well. I want to help you do the same.
